About the podcast

Voor de Zombie-Apocalypse, Lieverd! is a narrative podcast that uses the idea of a “zombie apocalypse” as a starting point to explore how people deal with uncertainty, risk and loss of control.

While the premise may sound extreme, the questions behind it are grounded in everyday life. What would you do if systems fail? How prepared are we for disruption? And how do we balance rational thinking with fear, emotion and instinct?

Each episode approaches these questions from a different angle. Sometimes through personal reflection, sometimes through research or conversation. By combining humour, storytelling and real-world perspectives, the podcast turns abstract scenarios into something recognisable and relevant.

At its core, the series is not about survival in a fictional world, but about how we navigate vulnerability, responsibility and decision-making in the real one.
