From Iman himself
I have been fascinated by films since I was a child. Watching them, analyzing them, and now above all: making them. I studied Audiovisual Media at the HKU with a strong focus on screenwriting and directing. After that, I worked as a program maker, film journalist, and online editor-in-chief for major Dutch broadcasters like BNNVARA and Talpa, and later for the VU Amsterdam. This experience taught me exactly how online content, data, and entertainment work together.

In 2021, I started Cooltuur. It was an exciting step and easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. Today, I write scripts, direct, produce, and collaborate with a network of incredibly talented creators. While I produce my original fiction projects and short films under my dedicated label Indiana Midas, Cooltuur is where my cinematic background meets the corporate world.
A strong story is always the foundation. Everything else follows. That same conviction applies to everything we create at Cooltuur. Whether it is an intimate portrait, a branded format, or a corporate film, I always aim for real substance and maximum impact.
