4. Payment Methods Invoice payments can be made via bank transfer. Other payment methods are only possible after prior approval from Cooltuur.

5. Changes to Offers Cooltuur reserves the right to adjust its service offerings and pricing at any time. Agreed-upon quotes and active contracts will naturally remain in effect as originally agreed.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Cooltuur or its licensors. This includes copyrights, visual materials, audio recordings, and logos displayed on the website or within productions. Using these materials without explicit written permission from Cooltuur is not allowed.

7. Warranties and Responsibilities Cooltuur guarantees a professional execution of its services and products. We always work with care and craftsmanship. Any potential shortcomings must be reported in writing within 14 days after delivery.

11. Disputes and Governing Law Only Dutch law applies to these General Terms and Conditions and all agreements with Cooltuur. We prefer to resolve disputes mutually. If no solution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
