What is the goal?

Our goal is to showcase properties in an original and engaging way. By listening to an episode before scheduling a physical viewing, potential buyers get a much better sense of the space, layout, and overall vibe of the house. The podcast also reaches new audiences and sparks genuine enthusiasm to book a viewing. It offers both real depth and a wider reach.​

 

How does it work?

We only record audio during the visit. We do not shoot video, so the house does not need to be perfectly styled or tidied up like it would for real estate photography. We prefer doing the tour together with the owner or agent to create a natural conversation along the way. We ask questions like: "Why did you choose this house back then?", "What is your favorite spot?", or "What does a new owner really need to know about this place?"

Once edited, the episode is published on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other major platforms. You can easily embed the episode on the property listing page or share it via social media and newsletters.
